1. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1)    These terms and conditions apply to the "Buy Adult Chews to Receive Two Bags of Chewables” offer that we, The Juice Plus Company Australia Pty Ltd (JPCA), are administering.

2)    We may change these Terms at any time so you should check this page regularly for any changes. Changes will apply from the date that they are published on this page.

3)    We reserve the right to terminate this offer at any time at our absolute discretion.

2. THE OFFER

1)    Every new purchase (first shipment) of Juice Plus+ Adult Chewables (2 cartons of chewables) will receive an additional bag of fruit blend chewables and an additional bag of vegetable blend chewables.

2)    We reserve the right (when reasonably required to do so) to replace the stated product with what we consider to be of broadly equivalent value. We offer no cash alternative for the product and they must be accepted in the form offered.

3)    Product will be dispatched via mail either with the product order or in a separate shipment. We will not be liable for any prizes which are lost, delayed, or damaged in the post for reasons beyond our reasonable control.

4)    Product will be delivered to an address within Australia or New Zealand. Should a customer's contact details change, it is their responsibility to notify us.

5)    All stated product values are at the JPCA’s customer price in Australian dollars and are, to the best of our knowledge and belief, correct at the time of printing. We take no responsibility for any fluctuations in prize values

3. ELIGIBILITY FOR THE OFFER

1)    The offer is open to all persons aged 18 and over who are residents in Australia and/or New Zealand who make a new (first shipment) Juice Plus+® Adult Chewables purchase.

2)    One offer per person.

3)    Payment for product must be processed within one (1) business day of the end of the promotional period

4)    Where a customer returns the product, we may still enforce our right to require the return or reimbursement to us of any product provided to the customer.

4. DURATION OF THE OFFER

The offer starts 11 November 2019 12:01am AEDT and ends 30 November 2019 11:59pm AEDT. We reserve the right to end the promotion prior to this end date.
