Join the Family health study in three easy steps!
Interested in being a part of the Family Health Study? Here’s what you need to do:
Enroll
Sign up as a Juice Plus+ customer and buy Juice Plus+ capsules and/or chewables.
Participate
As a bonus for being a customer, if you qualify, (see requirements below), you’ll receive Juice Plus+ Fruit Blend and Juice Plus+ Vegetable Blend capsules or chewables for your child — free of charge — for up to four years as a study participant.
Evaluate
During the first twelve months of taking Juice Plus+, you will be asked to complete a few simple surveys to see how you and your family’s health habits have been impacted by taking Juice Plus+. Follow-up surveys will be given annually to track the progress that you are making on your journey to better health.
Requirements
For Adults
You must be over the age of 18 and play an active role in a child's life (as a relative, mentor or godparent) to sign up as a Juice Plus+ customer.
For Youth
Your child must be between the ages of 4 and 18.
