Mocha Smoothie Bowl
Serves 1
Smoothie Bowl Ingredients:
- 1 shot or espresso sized cup of strong coffee
- 1 scoop/packet of Complete Chocolate
- 300g plain yoghurt (or coconut, or soya yoghurt)
Optional Toppings:
- Spoon of cacao nibs
- Chopped hazelnuts
- Berries
- Edible flowers
- Raisins and dried fruit
- Coconut shavings
- Nuts and seeds
- Rainbows of fruit
METHOD:
- Blend the smoothie bowl ingredients together.
- Pour into two separate bowls (or mason jars to save for later.)
- Add your decorative toppings.
- Enjoy!
